Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OneTube ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

OneTube is a YouTube analytics platform that allows users to monitor their own YouTube channels and track competitor channels. The Service provides:

• Public metrics for any YouTube channel (subscribers, views, video statistics)
• Private analytics for connected channels via YouTube Analytics API (CTR, revenue, demographics)
• Historical data tracking and trend analysis
• Dashboard for unified channel monitoring

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Plans

We offer a 14-day Trial and the following paid subscription plans: Creator, Pro, Studio, Agency Starter, Agency Growth, and Scale (custom enterprise). Each plan includes a defined set of channel slots, AI report quotas, instant-sync quotas, and feature flags. Current pricing and feature details are available on our pricing page at onetube.io/#pricing. We may add, modify, or discontinue plans at any time; existing subscribers will be notified of material changes affecting their plan.

4.2 Billing & Payment Processor

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle you select at checkout. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who acts as the merchant of record and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes (including VAT) on our behalf. We do not store your payment card number, CVV, or other card details — those are handled entirely by Dodo Payments. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (and Dodo Payments) to charge that payment method for all fees due, including initial subscription fees, renewals, and prorated upgrades.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate for your plan, charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel. By starting a paid subscription you expressly consent to these recurring charges. We will attempt to send a renewal reminder email before annual renewals, but the absence of a reminder does not affect the renewal. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time as described in §4.6.

4.4 14-Day Free Trial

A 14-day free trial is offered on the Pro plan only, to first-time customers who have not previously held a paid subscription. To start the trial you must provide a valid payment method, which is verified but not charged during the trial period. At the end of the 14-day trial your payment method will be charged the regular Pro plan price for the billing cycle you selected, and the subscription will automatically renew under §4.3 unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account billing settings; cancellation immediately ends the trial and no charge is made. Each customer is eligible for one trial; trials cannot be re-activated by cancelling and re-subscribing.

4.5 Pricing, Currency & Taxes

Prices displayed on the website are in US dollars (USD). Depending on your billing location, your payment method may be charged in a converted local currency at rates set by your card issuer. Prices are exclusive of any applicable VAT, GST, sales tax, or other transaction taxes; such taxes will be added at checkout where required by law and shown on your invoice. If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU, you may provide your VAT identification number at checkout for reverse-charge handling where applicable. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or assessments imposed by your local jurisdiction that are not collected by us.

4.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or via the customer billing portal. Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals; your access to paid features continues through the end of the current paid billing period, after which your account reverts to a limited state. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused time within a billing period that has already been paid for, except as required by applicable consumer-protection law (see §4.7).

4.7 Refund Policy & EU Right of Withdrawal

General rule: all sales are final. Because the Service is a digital online service that is delivered and made fully available immediately upon payment, we do not provide refunds for subscription fees that have already been charged, except as expressly described below or required by mandatory law.

EU/EEA & UK consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal. Under Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK law, EU/EEA and UK consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting use of the Service immediately upon payment (e.g., logging in, generating an AI report, connecting a YouTube channel, or otherwise accessing paid features), you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the digital service has been fully supplied, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. If you have not used any paid feature, you may request a withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by emailing the address in §4.10.

Discretionary refunds. We may issue a refund or pro-rated credit at our sole discretion in cases of: (a) duplicate charges or billing errors caused by us; (b) extended Service unavailability that materially affected your subscription; or (c) other circumstances we determine in good faith warrant a refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Annual plans. Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term are not refunded for the unused portion. The discount embedded in the annual price reflects the upfront 12-month commitment.

4.8 Failed Payments & Suspension

If a recurring charge fails (insufficient funds, expired card, declined transaction, etc.), our payment processor may automatically retry the charge over the following days. We will notify you by email so you can update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected after retries, we may suspend or downgrade your account until payment is restored. Outstanding amounts remain payable.

4.9 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice by email and/or in-product notification. Price changes apply to subsequent billing periods only, not the current one. If you do not accept a new price you may cancel before the new rate takes effect.

4.10 Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund directly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account pending resolution. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be referred to collection agencies and may forfeit any right to future use of the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service through automated means
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without permission
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code or content
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• Create multiple free accounts to bypass plan limits

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. YouTube API Services

Our Service uses YouTube API Services. By using our Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

You may revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time through Google security settings (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by OneTube and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF DATA
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
• SECURITY OR FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES

YouTube metrics and analytics are provided by third-party APIs and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any data displayed.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONETUBE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL
• SERVICE INTERRUPTION OR DATA LOSS
• ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneTube and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended period of inactivity
• Request from law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after termination.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Slovenia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneTube regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

The Service is operated under the brand name OneTube, currently as an individual business based in Slovenia.
